Delivery Information
Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail or Courier depending on size and weight.
A signature is required for all deliveries so it is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to receive goods at the delivery address you give us.
All goods are insured in transit and any claims for damages must be made to the carrier at the time of delivery, so the goods must be checked before signing for receipt. In the event of any breakages it is necessary to sign and state “received damaged” on the carriers manifest.
The damaged items must be retained in case the carrier wishes to reclaim the package. You must notify Wax Lyrical of receipt of damaged goods within seven working days, and we will replace your goods as soon as we can. If the goods are not signed for as damaged on delivery then the customer is liable to pay for the postage for a replacement and postage on the original package is non - refundable.
Next Day Delivery Information
Next day delivery orders must be ordered before 12 noon. Any orders ordered after this time we cannot guarantee your order will reach you by the next working day. Any next day delivery orders placed on a Friday or Thursday after 12 noon will not be delivered until Monday. Please also note any orders placed on a bank holiday will not be despatched until the next working day.
European Delivery Information
We now deliver to 22 European countries listed below.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Monaco, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Switzerland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
The cost of European shipping is a standard £5. Please be aware delivery to European countries may take up to 10 working days.
Please be aware that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient and are not the responsibility of Wax Lyrical. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, any further information can be found from your local customs office.
All offshore deliveries, we will use either Royal Mail or Courier. Packages must be signed for on receipt, there is a tracking facility on www.royalmail.com which unfortunately, can only track packages until the point that they leave the UK.
Delivery when will I receive my order?
We do not include products on our website that are not in stock - we hold products that are available for sale.
Goods are normally despatched within 24- 48 business hours. You should receive any UK standard delivery orders within three to five working days which exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. During busy periods and postal strikes this may however take longer, but we will always aim to have your order despatched within 48 hours. Please be aware delivery to any country outside of the UK may take up to 10 working days.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives you will be left a card, with instructions for collection at your local Royal Mail sorting office or to re arrange delivery with the courier.

How can I pay?
We accept all major credit, debit cards and Pay Pal. Please be sure to provide the correct billing address your credit card has on file for you and incorrect information pay cause a delay in processing your order.
All credit cards and cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your bank or card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses authorisation for payment of your order, we are not liable for any delay or non delivery of your order.
When will I be charged?
The full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order. Payment will be debited and cleared by SagePay online payment services.
What about credit card security?
All orders are encrypted to ensure safe transmission to us. We use secure server software (SSL) to ensure your information is safe and cannot be read.
You are entitled to cancel any payment due to be made in respect of your order in the event that you discover that your card has been used fraudulently by any unauthorised person to buy goods under this contract. Your card issuer will be liable to re-credit your debit, credit or payment card in respect of any sums already paid. If you do discover that fraudulent use has been made of your card you should immediately notify both Wax Lyrical and your card company with full details.
Switch Cards and Issue Numbers?
When using a Switch card please enter the long payment number (the longest number displayed in the centre of the card, not the smaller account number at the base of the card.) You need only enter an issue number for a Switch card. If your Switch card has no issue number, like some Royal Bank of Scotland cards, then type in a dash "-".
What if I want to cancel my order?
You have a right to cancel your order placed with us until the goods have been packaged by us for despatch. Should you wish to cancel your Wax Lyrical order please contact our customer service number on 01229 461100 or email us at info@wax-lyrical.co.uk immediately.
Refunds
For any reason that you are not happy with your Wax Lyrical order, you have the right to return the goods within seven days of receipt.
All goods for return must be returned, unused and with the original packaging. You will be required to arrange and pay for return of the goods. When returning goods please include the packing slip that you received with them, so we can easily find your order and refund you accordingly.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. We will only refund carriage costs where the item is faulty. Any item sent back that is unwanted we will not refund the delivery costs. All unwanted items must be sent back on good condition and the packaging must not be damaged in any way.
Faulty and Damaged items?
All our products are checked before leaving our premises but as we sell home fragrancing products, it is inevitable that items may get broken in transit. If you do find any damage with any items please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement of the damaged item.
If you should receive an item with a fault please call our customer service number on 01229 461100 or email us at info@wax-lyrical.co.uk Once your item has been returned and the fault confirmed you will be credited with the full purchase price of the item or a replacement sent out to you. If you paid by debit or credit card the card will be credited, you will need to send us proof of postage so that a refund for this can also be made.
If for any reason you have a complaint we will endeavour to do our best and resolve it with you.
Cancellation by us
Wax Lyrical reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered. You will be notified by e-mail and we will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order.
Gift Wrap
When an order is gift wrapped please be aware this is a non refundable service regardless of whether the order is returned or cancelled.
